Can my optician still update my digital prescription card?
Yes, if you want them to. Opticians who offer the prescription card through our interface can transfer new values to your existing card after an adjustment, including a "verified by your optician" seal.
Do I lose my prescription card if I switch opticians?
It depends on how it was created: if you created your prescription card yourself through our generator, you own it personally and it stays fully intact and usable no matter which optician you choose. If your previous optician created it for you instead, they remain the owner of the card, so a new optician can't simply take it over and will issue you a new one if needed.
